AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support client hiring managers and deliver high-quality recruitment services. You will drive end-to-end campaigns, manage candidate relationships, and guide best practices across the sourcing and admin teams.

You will mentor colleagues, ensure service levels, and forecast placements while aligning with client strategies and internal KPIs. Emphasis on autonomous, proactive resourcing and compliance with employment laws.
