E-ACT is seeking a motivated HR Business Partner to join our team, shaping people strategies across Midlands and Daventry academies. You will work with senior stakeholders to lead employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment and organisational development to support sustainable improvement.
The post involves travel between sites with a flexible approach to working across academies. 37 hours per week, 52 weeks, permanent appointment, reporting to the Head of HR within our national network.
