People Partner – HR & Change Leader (Midlands)

The National Fostering Group is seeking a People Partner to work regionally across the Midlands, collaborating with managers to foster employee well-being and engagement through various HR initiatives. The role requires handling people projects, dispute resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

You’ll be the primary contact for people-related matters, ensuring timely, confidential case management and contributing to improvements, change, and multi-site coordination.
