S106 & Monitoring Officer – Planning Policy Lead (Hybrid)

Maldon District Council in partnership with Essex Shared Services is recruiting a S106 and Monitoring Officer to join the Planning Policy Team in a full-time, hybrid role. You will manage Section 106 agreements, monitor triggers and payments, and support Local Plan delivery while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Based in Maldon, Essex, the role offers office days each week in line with council needs, including occasional evening committees.
