Regional Early Years Quality Leader

Bright Horizons UK is seeking a Regional Quality Specialist – Early Years to drive quality across nurseries in the Brighton and Crawley region, coaching Nursery Managers and delivering the Bright Beginnings curriculum to ensure high standards. Travel between settings is required, with a focus on safeguarding and inspection readiness.

The role requires 3+ years in a quality-based Early Years environment and a full driving licence to cover multiple sites within the South Division.
