Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
Glasgow | £45,000–£60,000 per annum | Immediate opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a construction consultancy in Glasgow, working across a varied portfolio of commercial, residential, higher education, heritage and logistics projects.
The role
You will support or lead projects, depending on your experience, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors to keep delivery aligned with the project brief, programme and budget. The role offers exposure to a range of sectors and the opportunity to take responsibility across the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and progress reporting.
- Coordinate design teams, consultants and contractors.
- Support procurement and the delivery of construction projects.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders.
- Monitor quality and help resolve issues throughout delivery.
About you
You will bring relevant experience in construction project management, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build strong working relationships. Applications are welcomed from Project Managers ready to develop their experience and Senior Project Managers able to lead commissions with greater autonomy. Experience in one or more of the sectors listed would be relevant.
Salary: £45,000–£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Glasgow.
