Müller Market Drayton Depot seeks an experienced Transport Shift Lead to guide a busy logistics operation. You will coach and develop the team, drive continuous improvement, and lead by example across transport activities.
You’ll manage performance, safety investigations, and cross-department collaboration, with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (18:00–06:00). A CPC is desirable and the role offers a comprehensive benefits package.
