Pub General Manager: Lead Team, Grow Sales, Deliver Moments

Metropolitan Pub Company is seeking a General Manager for one of our London-area pubs. You will lead by example, drive sales with the management team, recruit and develop staff, and uphold brand standards to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will be responsible for P&L oversight, maintaining high service quality, and creating a welcoming, safe environment for guests and team members. A personal license may be required for progression.
