Senior Safeguarding & Wellbeing Lead

St Brendan’s Sixth Form College is seeking a Safeguarding Manager (Operational Designated Safeguarding Lead) to lead safeguarding, child protection and student wellbeing services across the College. The role is 37 hours per week, full-time, full year, with a Grade J-K salary (£45,267 to £53,440 per annum).

You will oversee referrals, complex case management and multi-agency partnerships, deliver safeguarding training, policy development, and strategic reporting.
