Transport & Operations Duty Manager | 3-on, 3-off

gategroup’s Broxburn facility is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day transport operations across Scotland, coordinating with drivers and loaders to ensure on-time, safe deliveries.

This role requires experience in transport/logistics, prior supervisory experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The 3-on, 3-off shift pattern with 04:00 starts offers regular blocks of time away from work.
