Production Shift Manager — Fast-Paced FMCG Leader

Refresco is seeking a Production Shift Manager to lead a fast‑paced FMCG site at Bondgate. You will drive daily production performance, manage resources and oversee the shift’s teams to hit site targets and maintain audit‑ready standards.

You will use data and KPIs to reduce waste, develop supervisors, and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement across a 3 on/3 off rotation. A strong manufacturing background and leadership skills are essential.
