What you will be doing
Own the day-to-day relationship for Social Media Management clients.
Deliver the monthly report and strategy-call pack.
Manage renewal and upsell opportunities, including tier upgrades and channel expansion.
Handle escalations such as brand-safety incidents, account lockouts and comment spikes.
Oversee the monthly content calendar build and client approval process.
Engagement terms
This role is freelance and project-based, engaged as an independent contractor. Full terms, including pay, will be confirmed once GoGorilla.com’s standard freelance contractor wording is finalised.
