We are working with an innovative hospitality company that owns and operates a group of high-end bars, restaurants and clubs across London. We are looking for Assistant General Managers and Bar Managers from a luxury background to work in a new opening in central London.

Skills and Experience of an AGM / Bar Manager:

• Experience working in premium / luxury hospitality venues, with a strong understanding of delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards.




• Financially astute, with a strong understanding of budgets, P&L, tock control and cost management. Able to implement strategies to drive sales.




• Demonstrable experience leading, motivating and developing large, diverse teams. Able to set clear expectations, build a positive team culture and ensure consistently high standards of performance.




• Passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to consistently maintain and improve service standards.




• A genuine passion for hospitality, food and drink, with the energy, personality and presence required to lead from the front and create a positive atmosphere for both guests and the team.
