Senior Sous Chef — Lead & Mentor in Busy British Kitchen

Collins King is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to work closely with Head Chef and General Manager at a popular restaurant in City of London. You will oversee services for up to 200 covers and take full kitchen responsibility when required, ensuring a high standard of seasonal British cuisine made in-house.
