Residential Care Specialist

The Salvation Army Bermuda is seeking a Residential Care Worker to assist residents with daily routines, monitor activities, and support the care team.

Shifts are 12 hours, with evening and/or morning rotations including Public Holidays. The role requires a high-school diploma, strong communication, empathy, and de-escalation skills, with CPR/First Aid training and a willingness to support the mission of The Salvation Army.
