Criminal Justice Recovery Advocate

Change Grow Live in Hull is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage with service users, ensuring access to the right interventions at the right time. You will work within the Criminal Justice Team to support people with drug and/or alcohol issues who have been involved with the criminal justice system.

Key responsibilities include screening, assessment, recovery planning, and liaising with police, probation, and courts.
