Senior Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Care Lead

Career Makers Inc. is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home, providing safe, nurturing and child-centred care for children and young people.

You will work with the Registered Manager to lead and develop the staff team and uphold safeguarding standards. You will oversee care plans, risk assessments and records, ensuring safeguarding, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes for those in our care.
