Lead Children’s Residential Care Supervisor

Brook Street Social Care in Ebbw Vale is seeking an experienced Team Leader for a children’s residential service. You will help lead the home, support staff development, and ensure high standards of care for children and young people.

The role reports to the Registered Manager, requires QCF 3 in Health & Social Care, safeguarding knowledge, leadership experience, and a full UK driving licence; a willingness to register with Social Care Wales is expected.
