Engagement & Wellbeing Coordinator — Care Home

Orchard Court Care Home in Brigg is seeking an Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator to design and run activities that boost resident wellbeing. You will work on a full-time schedule, 9am–5pm, contributing to a warm, mission-driven care environment.

You will lead engaging activities, liaise with families, and document outcomes to enhance residents’ daily lives. Training is available, and the role includes team collaboration.
