Gardener: Care Home Grounds & Blooms

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Gardener to maintain our care home grounds to the highest standards, creating a safe, welcoming outdoor environment for residents.

You’ll manage equipment and outdoor structures, clear snow and ice in winter, plant a range of flowers, shrubs and trees, and ensure COSHH-compliant use of garden chemicals, while being a patient, empathetic team player focused on residents’ wellbeing.
