Wellbeing & Activities Lead, Care Home

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Activities Lead for one of our care homes. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, driving a mini bus when needed, and work with our community engagement team to foster local links and showcase the Home.

You will update social media, get to know residents and families, and tailor activity programmes to maximise wellbeing, independence and social engagement.
