Part-Time Family Health Practitioner – Community Health

HCRG Care Group invites applications for a Healthy Family Practitioner in Lancaster. This part‑time role (30 hours/week) focuses on delivering the Healthy Child Programme, supporting preschool and primary‑aged children and families in community settings under supervision of health visitors and school nurses.

You will deliver health reviews, support families, and help run clinics and sessions while upholding HCRG values and safeguarding standards.
