Lead Deputy Manager – Residential Childcare Leader

Rockhopper Children’s Services is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a 24/7 residential children’s home in the Midlands. You will support the Registered Manager, lead safeguarding, staff development and quality assurance, and provide operational leadership in the Manager’s absence.

You will help maintain high standards of care, support shift cover, and contribute to a therapeutic, child-centred environment where children can build confidence and resilience.
