Senior Care Lead — Dementia & Residential Care

HC-One Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care across dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist settings. You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, implement individual care plans, and ensure accurate documentation.

You will promote residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing, organise activities, and communicate clearly with families and colleagues while maintaining compliance and excellent record-keeping.
