Care Home Deputy Manager – RGN/RMN, Flexible Schedules

BCG Cares in Dundee is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care in line with our policies and regulatory requirements.

You will provide specialist nursing support, supervise colleagues, and foster strong relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams. PVG checks apply and eligibility to work in the UK is required.
