Senior Care Lead — Day/Night Team Leader for Personal Care

Bupa’s Copper Beech Care Home in Ridgewood, Uckfield (TN22 5ST) is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for a 44-hour contract with day and night shifts. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, manage medication and care plans, and support staff training and development.
