Assist service users with personal care while respecting their dignity and privacy.
Support individuals with medication in accordance with their care plans and relevant procedures.
Encourage independence, mobility and participation in daily activities.
Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
Help service users with shopping and running errands.
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
Build positive relationships with service users and help improve their quality of life.
Travel between clients’ homes to deliver scheduled care services.
Participate in induction, ongoing training and regular supervision to maintain high standards of care.
