Residential Childcare Deputy Manager – Lead & Inspire Teams

Bay View Childcare in Morecambe is seeking a Residential Deputy Manager to join our established team. Based in one of our children’s homes, you will support young people aged 8-18 who have social, emotional and behavioural needs, with a maximum of four per home.

Working with the Registered Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, support staff development and ensure outstanding care outcomes while upholding safeguarding, Ofsted standards and regulatory compliance.
