Kids Residential Care Worker — No Experience Needed

New Reflexions is seeking Residential Care Workers to support children and young people up to 18 in Cumbria. You’ll join an established, supportive team in therapeutic homes across Wigton, Kirkby Stephen and Keswick, gaining comprehensive training and funded qualifications from day one.

No prior experience is required; the right values and attitude are valued most. You will contribute to a nurturing, stable environment and help young people develop resilience and life skills.
