Job Description:
SOL Connect Responder role involves providing overnight support to individuals in their own homes, using the SOL Connect HUB for monitoring and reassurance. Shifts run 12 hours, 8.30pm – 8.30am, from our office base to assist people to stay safe, independent and connected.
The role focuses on preventing hospital admissions and supporting carers, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and dignity. This position is restricted to female applicants due to the specific needs of the individual(s)
