Bentley in Crewe invites Industrial Placement Students to join a community of trainees across placements, graduates and apprentices. Based at our state-of-the-art headquarters, you’ll work with engineering teams to learn lean manufacturing, process development, and sustainability strategies.

You will lead projects, analyse problems, and collaborate with production and technical staff to deliver improvements and innovative ideas, while developing in a supportive Early Careers environment.
