We’re offering a competitive basic salary ranging from £36,500 to £40,500, depending on your experience, qualifications, and technical capability.
In Addition, You’ll Receive
- £2,000 sign‑on bonus paid in month one
- £2,000 retention bonus paid in month 13
- 42-hour working week

Ongoing Manufacturer Training

Whether you’re an experienced Service Technician looking to develop your diagnostic capability or an established Diagnostic Technician keen to further progress your career, we’ll provide the support and training to help you succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnosing and rectifying vehicle faults efficiently and accurately
- Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required
- Applying your technical expertise across routine maintenance and more complex diagnostic repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards
- Delivering first‑time fixes and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
What You’ll Need
To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Have
- A relevant qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a workshop environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- A commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship
- Your own tools
- A full UK driving licence
MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
