Store Team Leader – Customer Service & Merchandising (Part-Time)

The Co-op Group is hiring a Customer Team Leader for a store in the Derbyshire area. You will manage a small team, lead shifts, ensure smooth day-to-day running, and support tills, stock, and customer service.

You’ll work 18 hours per week with regular overtime, including weekend shifts, and be part of a community-focused retailer offering staff discounts and a range of benefits. Training and progression opportunities are available.
