Forward Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist to cover Medway and Gravesham, delivering the IPS model to help people with health conditions or disabilities move into suitable work. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for multi-site work.
You will manage a caseload of around 25 participants, create personalised plans, support CVs and interview prep, and build links with local employers to promote inclusive recruitment.
