Student Wellbeing & Behaviour Support Officer

Chilton Trinity School in Bridgwater is seeking a dedicated pastoral support role to help pupils with behavioural, attendance, wellbeing or safeguarding needs in a calm, consistent, and professional manner. The role requires communication with students, families, staff and external agencies, with a strong emphasis on confidential record-keeping.

A GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent) plus experience with young people are essential.
