Reception Duty Manager — Guest Experience Leader

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff is seeking a Reception Duty Manager to lead the reception team and ensure a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out. You will coordinate with the Reception Manager to maintain service standards and resolve guest queries with a proactive, friendly approach.

You will nurture and motivate colleagues, driving performance and continuous improvement while upholding the hotel’s values and delivering memorable hospitality in Cardiff.
