Recruitment Resourcer — Hybrid, CRM & Candidate Prep

Aqumen Recruitment in Leeds is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support our temporary, permanent and event recruitment teams from our Carrwood Park office. You will manage day-to-day recruitment activity, keep accurate candidate records and ensure candidates are interviewed and fully briefed on opportunities.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will update our CRM, interview candidates, brief them on roles, and maintain professional communication throughout the process.
