We have anexciting new opportunity for a Paralegal or Legal Executive to join our highlyregarded Private Wealth team in our Bristol office on a full time, permanentbasis.
The Practice
OsborneClarke’s Private Wealth team covers all the areas that you might expect fromprivate client lawyers, such as wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts,probate, deputyship and family investment companies. However, working withcolleagues in Osborne Clarke’s wider teams, the Private Wealth team also helpsform private investment funds, find the optimal structure for a new businessventure or investment and support family office arrangements.

The team
Spanning ourBristol and London offices, the growing Private wealth team is made up of 2Partners, 1 Consultant, 1 Legal Director, 1 Senior Associate, 2 Associates, 1Chartered Legal Executive and 1 Trainee Solicitor.
Keyresponsibilities
- With supervision to assist with thefollowing tasks:
- Estate Administration;
- Trust Administration;
- Deputyship and Court of Protection;
- Preparation of Wills;
- Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorneyto include registration of EPAs and LPAs;
- general administrative tasks and support.
TechnicalSkills and Experience
We are ideallylooking for a Paralegal or Legal Executive with previous private clientexperience, particularly in trust and estate administration, but applicationsare welcome from others who are committed to build a career in this area.
In addition,you will:
- Have the ability to remain calm underpressure, demonstrating initiative and prioritisation skills;
- Demonstrate attention to detail;
- Be able to competently produce and formatletters and documents;
- Be a competent user of various computerpackages, Outlook, Word, Excel;
- Be a confident user of a documentmanagement system such as iManage;
- Have an interest in how technology can aidefficiency in your work; and
- Be able to work as part of a team.
