B2B Sales Executive — West Midlands | Uncapped Commission

Flourish in the West Midlands is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to closing—in the shipping and logistics sector. This is a field-based role with a base salary of £30,000-£35,000 plus uncapped OTE (£35,000-£45,000+).

You will conduct face-to-face client meetings, identify opportunities, manage your pipeline, and build lasting relationships with customers, requiring a full UK driving licence.
