Sales Administrator – Order Fulfillment & Customer Support

Gradus Limited in Macclesfield is seeking a proactive Head Officer to join our Customer Service team. You will liaise with internal and external customers regarding sales orders and deliveries, check stock availability and perform general administration duties to keep orders moving smoothly.

The role requires experience in a similar customer service position, excellent communication skills, and strong IT proficiency including Microsoft Office 365.
