Sky in Cardiff is hiring a Contact Centre Sales Advisor to handle inbound calls from existing customers considering cancelling or upgrading their Sky subscription. You will listen, understand needs and offer the best package while hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role is 37.5 hours per week with shift patterns Mon-Sun, including evenings and weekends. After training, a hybrid pattern allows some work from home to balance your life while delivering great customer service.
