Dynamic Assistant Retail Manager – Holidays & Cruises

TUI in Jersey is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to work in our St Helier store. You will support the store manager to lead, coach and develop a team focused on creating memorable holiday experiences.

You will help customers choose holidays, cruises, UK breaks and add-ons while maintaining high sales and service standards. Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, are part of the role.
