Head of Maintenance – Care Home Leadership & Repairs

Barchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance to ensure a clean, well-maintained environment for residents and staff at a care home. You will lead maintenance tasks across the building and grounds, manage a team, and liaise with contractors on larger jobs.

Applicants should have hands-on property maintenance experience, at least one trade skill, and be reliable with flexible hours; a UK driving licence, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English are required.
