Leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Risk Lawyer to join its Risk & Compliance team on a temporary basis.  This role is ideal for a Senior Lawyer with strong risk and compliance expertise, who can provide support comprehensive across complex risk, regulatory and conflicts matters.

What’s On Offer:

• Salary in the region of £130,000 per annum, pro rata

n

• Temporary assignment to start ASAP, until the end of March 2027

Temporary Senior Risk Lawyer – What You’ll Be Doing:

n

n
• Provide senior-level support to the Risk & Compliance team across a range of complex risk and compliance matters

n

• Advise on conflicts of interest, including the assessment and resolution of complex conflicts issues

n

• Support the management and resolution of regulatory matters, ensuring risks are identified and appropriately addressed

n

• Provide clear, commercially minded advice on complex risk, regulatory and compliance issues

n

• Review and advise on client and supplier contractual terms, identifying potential legal, regulatory and risk implications

n

• Work closely with colleagues across the firm to support the effective management of risk and compliance matters

n

• Help maintain high standards of risk management and regulatory compliance across the firm

n

Temporary Senior Risk Lawyer – What We’re Looking For:

n

n
• Ideally 10+ years’ PQE with substantial experience in risk and compliance

n

• Strong expertise in conflicts of interest and regulatory matters within a City law firm

n

• Proven ability to assess, manage and advise on complex regulatory and conflicts issues

n

• Experience reviewing and advising on client and supplier contractual terms would be advantageous

n

• Strong analytical skills, sound commercial judgement and the ability to provide clear, practical advice on complex issues

n

• Available to start at short notice and commit to a temporary assignment until the end of March 2027
