SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join a leading UK brand on a long term contract engagement in Brighton.

Inside IR35, SC Cleared candidates ONLY, Hybrid working set up

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, enhance and support SAP HCM and Payroll.
Investigate and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support.
Design solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Produce functional specifications, solution designs and technical documentation.
Estimate delivery effort and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
Support system improvements, projects and payroll-related changes.

Key Skills:

Proven SAP HCM experience across project delivery and live support.
Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organisational Management and Time Management.
Experience with payroll configuration, country-specific legal changes and HR processes.
Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, Workflow, ABAP, integrations and system security.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative approach and an interest in evolving SAP HR technologies.

Open to candidates across the East Sussex region ideally located in: Brighton, Worthing, Hove, Southwick & other neighbouring towns/cities.
