n This Manchester law firm has an impressive real estate finance team that goes from strength to strength.
Your new role
n As part of the team's planned growth, it is looking to hire a property finance lawyer to handle a broad range of real estate finance matters. You will advise lenders, borrowers, developers and investors on a wide range of transactions. You can look forward to acting for a well developed client base and to working closely with these clients. There is real scope to get involved in practice development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
n You should be a real estate finance lawyer with 2+ years' PQE. You will have good client care skills and the ability to provide pragmatic and commercial solutions for clients.
