Duties may include supporting pupils 1:1, assisting small groups and helping children develop socially, emotionally and academically. n What You’ll Need to Succeed n n Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification n Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting n Positive, proactive and supportive approach n Strong communication skills n Ability to use your own initiative n A genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed n n We believe attitude is just as important as experience.
