Job Description Birchwell Associates are recruiting for an experienced PV Installer Site Manager to join an established renewable energy business delivering Solar PV and wind projects across the UK. n This is a hands-on site management position supporting the installation of Solar PV systems alongside ongoing operations and maintenance projects. n The role is based from Wadebridge, Cornwall , but involves regular travel to project sites throughout the UK and periods of working away. n The Role n n Manage Solar PV installation projects on site n Supervise site teams, subcontractors and day-to-day activities n Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are maintained n Coordinate site activities, resources and project schedules n Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting n Support PV installation, operations and maintenance projects n Liaise with internal teams, contractors and project stakeholders n Work across UK project locations, including periods away from home n n Essential Requirements n n Previous experience within renewables, roofing or general construction n Previous Site Manager experience n Experience supervising a full site team n Strong Health & Safety knowledge n SMSTS n Full UK driving licence n Strong communication and organisational skills n Methodical and process-focused approach n Willingness to travel throughout the UK n Happy to regularly work away n Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work n n Desirable n n Previous Solar PV installation experience n CSCS Card n Asbestos Awareness n Working at Heights n Manual Handling n MEWP 3a & 3b n Telehandler ticket n Level 2 Health & Safety n n n JBRP1_UKTJ
