Job Description Commercial Gas Engineer – Glasgow – Salary up to £47,000 DOE n n Looking for your next opportunity as a Commercial Gas Engineer? Join an established facilities management team in Glasgow, where you’ll work across a varied portfolio of commercial properties, enjoy a consistent weekday schedule and have the opportunity to earn additional income through overtime.n n We’re looking for a skilled engineer with strong commercial gas experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, reliable service and excellent customer care.n Key Responsibilities: n n n Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), installations, gas testing and reactive repairs across a range of commercial gas-fired appliances and heating systems, including boilers, burners and hot water systems. n Diagnose faults, identify failures and complete repairs, including sourcing and fitting replacement parts. n Provide responsive maintenance support across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. n Self-deliver smaller installation projects where required. n Build positive relationships with clients through professional communication and excellent customer service. n Ensure all work meets relevant health and safety requirements and industry standards. n Person Specification: n n n Valid ACS Commercial Gas qualifications, including COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1 and TPCP1A. n Proven experience in commercial gas servicing, maintenance and fault-finding. n Strong technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills. n A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and teamwork skills. n A full UK driving licence. n Willingness to undergo the required disclosure. n Salary & Benefits n n n Salary up to £47,000, depending on experience. n 30 days’ annual holiday, including public holidays. n 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday. n Working hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. n Overtime available and paid accordingly. n A stable role within a facilities management team. n n n JBRP1_UKTJ
