Job Description Shop Fit Out Senior Project Managern n | Salary | £45,000 plus car allowance and company bonus | Full-time | Local and overseas travel | Permanent/Contract/Temporary | n nIntroductionn n Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a POS Display Senior Project Manager with a proven track record within the shopfitting industry. n The POS Display Senior Project Manager ensures retail projects under their control are delivered on time, to design, within cost budget and to customer satisfaction. n The role establishes and builds long-term customer relationships that deliver future business and acts as the main point of contact for communication between customers and internal teams. n The successful candidate must have a full driving licence and passport and be happy to travel abroad and locally. n nWhat We Offer:n n n n £45,000 salary. n n Car allowance. n n Company bonus. n n Local and overseas travel. n n nKey Duties:n n Customer n n n Act as the main point of contact for the customer. n n Build and establish good working relationships. n n Develop an understanding of the customer, their business and future potential. n n Planning & Project Management n n n Produce specific work programmes for clients and subcontractors. n n Progress contracts on site to ensure quality and programme deadlines. n n Ensure work is completed to design and specific customer requirements. n n Communicate effectively with project and internal teams. n n Identify and address issues affecting project delivery through clear communication to all parties. n n Attend and hold ‘B’ and ‘C’ Team meetings as required for each project under your control. n n Ensure project files are managed and kept to company standards. n n Ensure a PC Certificate is completed for every project. n n Prepare weekly project reports. n n Surveys & Quotations n n n Produce accurate site surveys. n n Complete breakdowns of information from working drawings and specifications. n n Ensure working drawings and specifications are produced into accurate customer quotations. n n Administration & Finance n n n Raise Purchase Orders to suppliers and subcontractors. n n Approve all supplier invoices. n n Raise all invoices relating to projects. n n Ensure project information and system integrity. n n Operate within company financial procedures. n n Ensure all variations are documented and signed for by the client. n n Ensure all invoices and final accounts are raised within 2 weeks of completion. n n Monitor costs against budget. n n Health & Safety n n n Ensure company and customer legal obligations on site are met and maintained through on-site audits. n n Ensure Health & Safety surveys are completed prior to jobs starting. n n Ensure the production of H & S and O & M Manuals with internal and external bodies for all projects. n n Ensure Form 202 is completed at every site visit. n n Development n n n Liaise with the Design Team on new or amended equipment. n n Share and document improvements to client working practices. n n nRequirements:n n n n Full driving licence. n n Passport. n n Willingness to travel abroad and locally. n n Proven track record within the shopfitting industry. n n 5 GCSE grades A/B or O Levels. n n Other Building or Construction qualifications would be an advantage. n n 3 years’ previous experience in shelving, shop fitting, building or a similar background, preferably in a Project Manager role. n n Ability to interpret conceptual and working drawings into bills of materials. n n Understanding of costs and margins. n n Computer software systems and building control regulations are a requirement. n n nInterested?n n If you have experience as a Project Manager within shopfitting, shelving, building or a similar background and are interested in the POS Display Senior Project Manager position, apply now! n Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment. n n JBRP1_UKTJ
